Portal to Self: The Intensive
For when seeing it is only the beginning.
The Intensive is a private 3–6 month journey through the Portal to Self framework for those who want to work more deeply with what becomes visible.
Across three phases, you’ll explore the patterns shaping your experience, work with what is ready to be released and recalibrated, and begin integrating what you now know into the way you live.
The work is highly personal and intuitive. Ashmita draws from a range of modalities, with parts of the work often arising in the moment. The Portal to Self framework provides the structure, while each journey unfolds according to the person moving through it.
This work can be deep, unconventional, and at times confronting. Come willing to see yourself and your life differently.
