A private 3–6 month journey through the Portal to Self framework.

The Intensive is for the times when seeing what is happening is only the beginning.

We work closely with the patterns shaping your experience, what they have been asking you to carry or repeat, and what begins to change as you see them more clearly.

Over three phases, we move from understanding what has been shaping your reality, through release and recalibration, into the choices, relationships and ways of living that reflect what you now know.

This is highly personal work. The pace, practices and focus of our sessions respond to what is unfolding for you, while the Portal to Self framework gives the journey its structure.

The intention is not to tell you who to become.

It is to help you see clearly enough to move from your own inner authority.

Over 3–6 months, Ashmita helps you see the patterns and underlying dynamics that may be difficult to see from inside your own experience. Together, you work with what becomes visible—releasing what no longer needs to be carried, recalibrating what has been shaping your choices, and integrating what you now know into the way you live.

The journey moves through three phases, with sessions paced according to what is unfolding for you. Ashmita draws from a range of modalities, with parts of the work often arising intuitively and in the moment. The work can be unconventional, deep, and at times confronting, so come willing to see yourself and your life differently.

Due to the depth and highly personal nature of this work, entry into the Intensive begins with a Deep Clarity session.

New client intake is limited. Ashmita works with only a small number of Intensive clients at a time, allowing each journey the depth, attention, and presence it requires.

If the Intensive feels like the right next step following your session, your $444 Deep Clarity fee will be applied toward the cost of the Intensive.

    Every story has an architecture. In this phase, I attune to your field and name the core pattern that has been quietly directing your life, often without you realizing it. We trace the root of your recurring struggles to the soul-level wound or imprint underneath, and begin the unraveling process.

    This is where the old dissolves. Together we move into deep release work, whether through breath, voice, energy clearing, or guided recalibration. This phase softens the grip of long-held patterns and opens your system to a new resonance.

    • Renewed momentum toward who you are becoming

    • Soul insight on how to move without the old pattern

  • Anchor the New Identity

    Here, we gather the threads of what has shifted. You reconnect with your inner compass and learn to trust the authority of your own energy. This phase is about integration & true embodiment.

    • Energetic sovereignty and a grounded sense of self

    • Integration practices to keep your field steady

    • A deepened clarity and soul direction that supports your next chapter
