Her Story
About Ashmita
Intuitive, author, entrepreneur, and teacher
In Her Words
Energy appears to me as language, and patterns as architecture, revealing how they shape our choices, relationships, and ways of being. What I share arrives in the moment through resonance, often bringing into view something that has been felt, but not yet understood.
People often ask how I do what I do. How I connect so deeply, feel what has not been spoken, and bring through clarity that lands. The truth is, it is not something I learned to do. It is something I have become.
My work is lived. It comes through years of profound transformation, spiritual awakening, loss, and deep remembering. I have walked through seasons of dismantling and reassembly, each one refining the way I perceive and understand what lies beneath the surface.
Mentally, emotionally, and physically, this journey took me through excruciating pain. Then it gave me sheer bliss, absolute euphoria. And after that, numbness. The meaning I had given everything dissolved. What followed was a stillness that became the ground of how I now live.
This path has blessed me as much as it broke me. I say broke, but what truly unraveled was the perception through which I had understood myself and my life.
It changed what I could see. And in doing so, changed what became possible.
Intuitive, author, entrepreneur, and teacher whose work explores perception, self-knowledge, and what becomes possible when we see our lives differently.
As an entrepreneur, Ashmita founded Eva & Isla®, an international holistic brand rooted in conscious living. As an author and teacher, she created Portal to Self, a framework for understanding the conditioning, patterns, and ways of being that quietly shape who we become. And through The Intuitive Practice, she works directly with people to bring greater clarity to the parts of their lives they cannot always see clearly for themselves.
Her intuitive ability is central to how she works. Ashmita notices patterns, connections, and subtleties within what someone is experiencing, often putting language to something they have felt but haven't yet been able to understand or articulate.
Her private work has been trusted by people across creative, entrepreneurial, and public-facing worlds, where discretion matters as much as the depth of the work itself.
At the heart of her work is a simple idea: what we are able to perceive changes what becomes available to us.
People often come to Ashmita when something in their life has stopped making sense. A career. A relationship. A decision. A recurring pattern. A sense that there is more in them, or more for them, without knowing how to reach it.
Ashmita helps them see more of what is there.
Her work has been shaped by her own experiences of spiritual awakening, profound loss, entrepreneurship, motherhood, relationships, and change. They have deepened her interest in the relationship between inner knowing and the choices we make in the lives we actually live.
Across her intuitive work, writing, teaching, and businesses runs the same thread: a desire to see clearly, understand deeply, and live with greater intention.
Those who encounter Ashmita’s work often describe her as deep, precise, and able to put language to something they had sensed but had not yet been able to name.
She is a mother of three and devoted partner, and her family remains central to the life from which her work continues to grow.
