I get the frustration.

Your potential feels like this hidden secret no one else seems to be getting. You know what you’re capable of. You know what you have to offer. You know how to do it well.

But the opportunity to actually DO it just isn’t opening up.

I spent a long time caught in this loop myself.

And eventually, I started seeing what was actually keeping me there and that changed things.

So, let’s talk about it.

We’ll talk openly about what we’re experiencing, what we’ve tried, what isn’t making sense, and what might actually be going on underneath it.

I’ll share what I came to understand through my own experience of being stuck in this loop.

It’s a chance to step outside of your own head for a moment, hear how other people are experiencing it, and perhaps begin to see something you haven’t been able to see from inside your own situation.
