What it is
Portal to Self is a guided process that blends intuitive guidance, energy practices, and soul-mapping tools (Birth Chart, Human Design, and Gene Keys).

Ashmita’s gift is her ability to hold a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where intellect and intuition meet. She sees the hidden patterns beneath the surface and guides you through life’s thresholds with clarity and presence. Her work helps you feel both deeply understood and gently supported as you uncover your truth.

This pathway supports profound soul level growth & self-understanding, allowing you to release what no longer serves you while aligning with the frequency your soul is asking you to embody.

How it works
The process begins with six structured sessions that prepare and align you, mapping your design, clearing emotions, shifting beliefs, and connecting to your soul’s purpose and frequency.

After these six stages, you enter Integration & Flow. An ongoing phase tailored to your growth. This is where healing deepens and self-understanding becomes embodied in your daily life.

Intake Session

Foundational Mapping

45–60 minutes $188


We begin with your Birth Chart, Human Design, and Gene Keys to create a personalized map of your design and patterns. This also serves as an intake to ensure this container is the right fit. Even if we don’t continue, you will leave with a full scope of insights you can carry forward.

Session 2: Emotional Clearing

30 minutes – $111
A focused session where you are invited to bring forward what feels heavy or unresolved. Through gentle dialogue and intuitive guidance, we begin to process emotions that have been quietly weighing you down, so you can move forward with more lightness and clarity.

Session 3: Meditative Trance & Emotional Release

30 minutes – $111
Here we move beyond the mind into a guided meditative trance. This allows us to access deeper emotional layers that words alone cannot reach. Old energy and emotions are released, leaving you with greater clarity, balance, and inner calm.

Session 4: Belief Systems & Barriers

30 minutes – $111
Our beliefs shape our reality, often unconsciously. In this session, we uncover the hidden stories, fears, and barriers that quietly shape your choices and keep you stuck. By bringing these into awareness, you begin shifting into new possibilities and more empowering ways of being.

Session 5: Soul Purpose & Growth Path

We look at your journey through the lens of your soul. What is your soul asking of you at this stage? What path of growth is opening before you? Together we explore your highest timeline and the alternate paths available if you choose not to follow this call, so you can move forward with clarity and empowerment.

Session 6: Frequency Recalibration

Every soul carries a frequency, an energetic tone that shapes how you experience life. In this session, we identify the frequency you want to embody moving forward, and realign your energy so you can hold it consistently. This becomes the foundation for the life you are creating.

Integration & Flow

Ongoing Based on Individual Customization

This is where the real transformation takes root. The six sessions above prepare and align you, clearing emotions, shifting beliefs, and opening to your soul’s purpose. From there, we design a personalized Integration & Flow plan together.

  • The number of sessions and timing are customized to your growth.

  • Each integration session is $111 for 30 minutes.

  • Some clients choose one session a month for steady support, while others move into 2–3 per month for deeper momentum or double a session at 60mins.

This phase is about embodying the shifts, recalibrating your energy, and living from the frequency you’ve chosen.
